Membership Terms: The membership fee for each respective level of sponsorship includes the indicated number of invitations to the Cougar Cookers booth at the HLS&R Cook-Off area. Each Cougar Cookers invitation is good
for entry to the Cougar Cookers booth for the invited individual plus one guest. Cook-Off Area entry tickets are good for individual entry into the HLS&R Cook-Off Area for one day only. HLS&R Area entry tickets are only available to those members who pay their membership fee by December 31, 2008. Members who pay their membership fee after the December 31, 2008 deadline will NOT receive HLS&R Cook-Off Area entry tickets. In addition, members who pay their membership fee after the December 31, 2008 deadline must pay an additional $25 to cover increase in costs by the HLS&R Cook-Off Association.
Additional entry tickets can be purchased for $6.00 each before December 31, 2008. Entry tickets purchased after December 31 will cost $7.00 each. In addition to these benefits, all 2009 official Cougar Cookers members/sponsors will be invited to attend a special reception on Thursday, February 26, 2009, before the opening of the HLS&R Cook-Off. Because of space limitations, the Thursday night reception is for members/sponsors only.
